Mini Swap
A website to purchase & resell children's clothing.

Note: This project was completed as part of my UX Design Certificate program.
Background
Mini Swap is a user-centered platform designed to make buying and selling gently used children’s clothing easy and accessible for parents. Because children outgrow clothes quickly, families often face frequent and costly wardrobe updates. Mini Swap addresses this challenge by offering a sustainable, community-driven marketplace that connects parents looking to save money and reduce waste. By facilitating the exchange of quality, pre-loved clothing, the platform supports both economic and environmental responsibility.
Problem
Children outgrow their clothes quickly, leading parents to frequently purchase new items that are often barely worn. This cycle not only places a financial burden on families but also contributes to unnecessary waste, as perfectly usable clothing ends up sitting unused or being discarded.
Solution
Design a user-friendly platform that enables parents to buy and sell gently used children’s clothing. This solution supports both budget-conscious and eco-friendly families by making it easy to save money while reducing textile waste. By creating a trusted, community-driven marketplace, the platform encourages sustainable shopping habits and gives quality kids' clothing a second life, helping parents make choices that are better for their wallets and the planet.
